Q: How can I start my registry?
A: You can create a registry online 24/7. OR you can make an appointment with one of our in-store personal consultants.
Q: Can I make changes to my registry?

Absolutely.  Your able to make as my changes as you need. 
Changes can be done online, in-store, or by calling 1-773-327-9980.

Q: Can my family and friends access my registry online?
A: When setting up your registry, you can set up public viewing access to your registry.
Q: When us the best time to create a registry?
A: We like to suggest that parents start to registry 5 to 6 months before the baby's due date. 
This allows for items that are special order to arrive in time for the baby's arrival.
Q: What is the return policy on items purchased off my registry?

Items can be returned 30 days from the event date.
For items returned off of registry and items without a receipt, you can only receive store credit.

Strollers, carriers, car seats, high chairs, potty items, breast pumps, and breast pump accessories, cannot be returned if they have been used, items are not in their original packaging with all paper work, or the box has been replaced.

If there is a issue or defect in a product, we ask that you call the store.  We have a repair station available and in some cases we maybe able to contact the vendor for you.
