Return Guarantee

Return and Exchange Guarantee:

You may return items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping charges.

The returned product(s) must be in new and unused condition and in the original box with all the documentation, parts and accessories to insure full credit.  "New and unused" means saleable condition.  We cannot issue refunds for any item with any indication it has been used.  This includes, but is not limited to, furniture items requiring assembly that have been assembled and unsealed electronics.  Any Special Order items are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.  Special Order items are ordered based on your request, and therefore cannot be resold.  For strollers and car seats, please see our separate policy.

Additionally, for sanitary purposes, the following products will not be accepted for return or exchange: breast pumps and accessories, feeding items, potties and potty training accessories, lotions and diaper accessories.  Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective (please see our policy on damaged or defective items).  Please allow us up to 10 days once we have received your return to process and issue your refund.

 

Stroller and Car Seat Return Policy:

You may obtain a refund within 30 days of purchase provided: (a) the stroller or car seat has never been used; (b) shows no signs of wear and/or tear; (c) you have all parts including the original box, warranty card, registration card and instruction manual.

We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange on any stroller or car seat that we feel is not in new and unused condition.  Shipping costs will not be reimbursed.  If you have had your stroller or car seat longer than 30 days and need replacement parts, please contact our Service Center. Please note, strollers and car seats purchased online that are being returned for refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund.  Your satisfaction is our goal, so if you have any questions about this policy please feel free to contact us at Galtbaby.com

Galtbaby.com strives to ship your package in good condition.  Unfortunately, packages may be damaged during the shipping process, after leaving our warehouse.  If your order arrives at your door damaged, broken, or defective, we will either replace the broken parts or ship out a new item at our discretion, without fee to the customer.  Please be sure to inspect your item(s) for concealed damages once your items arrive.  We are unable to accept cancellations on merchandise if it arrives damaged, but we will make every effort to replace the item(s).  Please contact our customer service department within 10 business days of the delivery date to report a damaged item.  For defective items, please contact us at 773-327-9980 within 30 days of the delivery date.  After this time, please contact the manufacturer directly for information on any warranty that may apply.  Galtbaby.com will not be able to replace defective items after 30 days of receipt.

 

Credit and Return Time:

It takes time to process items being returned or exchanged.  Please allow up to 10 business days for us to receive the returned or exchanged product.  All refunds granted are for the purchase price of the product.  Shipping and gift-wrapping costs are refundable only if a product arrives damaged due to shipping or is defective.

 

Canceling Your Order:

If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please contact us within four hours of your order placement.  You may call 773-327-9980 during regular business hours.  Don't worry!  Even after four hours, our friendly customer service members will do all that we can to stop the items from being processed and/or shipped, but there is no guarantee that we will be able to stop the order before delivery.  In the rare case that we cannot prevent the shipment, please see our Return Policy.
