Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2-3 business days if the item is in stock and unless otherwise noted. Business days exclude weekends and national holidays. Domestic orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx, depending on weight and location. We recommend that you provide a shipping address that has a secure delivery space. Galt Toys + Galt Baby is not responsible for theft or damage of packages that have been confirmed as delivered provided by tracking services.
Rush shipping is currently not available. We ship standard within the continental United States and we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or APO/FPO and P.O. boxes.
Please allow 2-3 business days for Curbside Pickup orders. Business days exclude weekends and national holidays. Curbside Pickup orders for strollers, car seats, and/or smaller furniture may take longer. Please call us at 847-509-8800 to verify stock availability and to place a phone order if you need your item sooner. An ID and the credit card used for purchase are required for curbside pick-up.
Complimentary Stroller Delivery & Assembly
Strollers that have been purchased with Galt Toys + Galt Baby can be assembled and delivered to your home if you are located within 15 miles of either of our stores. Once your stroller arrives to our warehouse, you will be contacted to set up a day and time to have your stroller delivered to you.
At Galt Toys + Galt Baby, we want to ensure that your furniture order and delivery goes as smoothly as possible. Please review the following information before placing your order.
When you purchase your furniture with us, we work on submitting your order with the manufacturer right away. Please keep in mind that custom furniture pieces can take 14-16 weeks to arrive once you place your order since they are not mass-produced and are instead handmade with care for your family. Due to the customized nature of these items expedited delivery is not possible and once the order is placed it cannot be cancelled.
Galt Toys + Galt Baby currently only delivers furniture locally in Illinois, within 15 miles of our stores. We offer a flat fee of $195 for White Glove Delivery so you don't have to worry about the hassle of lifting heavy loads and assembling.
Once your furniture arrives to our warehouse, you will be contacted to select a delivery date and time. On the day of your delivery, please make sure that all areas leading up to the room, including the area where you want your furniture delivered are cleared. Galt Toys + Galt Baby is not responsible for clearing out any furniture on the day of delivery. Your furniture will be assembled with care and all trash from any furniture packaging will be removed for you.
