In order to make sure that you are not charged for items that may be out of stock, WE DO NOT CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD UNTIL THE PURCHASED ITEM SHIPS. This provides protection for you in the case we are unable to fulfill your order. When you make a purchase with us, we will email you within 48 hours (usually sooner) to let you know the status of your order.
When an item ships, we pass along the tracking information to you immediately, allowing you to plan for package arrival.

- Currently, GaltBaby.com is unable to ship outside the Contiguous United States.
Estimated Shipping Times:
- Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3-10 days of order placement. The www.galtbaby.com shipping warehouse is located in Chicago, Illinois.
When your order is processed for shipment, customers will be emailed a UPS, FedEx or USPS Tracking Number.
Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the Tracking Number to process into the UPS/FedEx Tracking database.
- Taxes are only added to purchases sent anywhere in Illinois. The tax rate for purchases sent to an Illinois address is 10.25%.
