In Store Pick Up
Please allow 7-10 business days for in store orders (unless you are otherwise noted/contacted). Business days exclude weekends and national holidays. In store pickup orders for strollers, car seats, and/or smaller furniture may take longer and is dependent on availability. Please call us at 847-509-8800 to verify stock availability and to place a phone order if you need your item sooner. An ID and the credit card used for purchase are required for curbside and/or in-store pick-up.
Regular + Oversized Shipping
Galt Toys + Galt Baby does everything we can to ensure a quick and secure delivery. However, once an item leaves our warehouse with our shipping carrier, we do not have the ability to edit your order or impact its movements. Please allow extra time for your delivery and place your order accordingly.

Complimentary stroller delivery & assembly is offered for stroller orders located within 15 miles of either of our stores.
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 7-10 business days if the unless you are contacted otherwise. Business days exclude weekends and national holidays. Domestic orders are shipped via UPS, depending on weight and location. We recommend that you provide a shipping address that has a secure delivery space. Galt Toys + Galt Baby is not responsible for theft or damage of packages that have been confirmed as delivered provided by tracking services.
Rush shipping is currently not available. We ship standard within the continental United States and we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or APO/FPO and P.O. boxes.
Delivery
Complimentary Stroller Delivery & Assembly
Strollers that have been purchased with Galt Toys + Galt Baby can be assembled and delivered to your home if you are located within 15 miles of either of our stores. Once your stroller arrives to our warehouse, you will be contacted to set up a day and time to have your stroller delivered to you.
Furniture Delivery
At Galt Toys + Galt Baby, we want to ensure that your furniture order and delivery goes as smoothly as possible. Please review the following information before placing your order.
When you purchase your furniture with us, we work on submitting your order with the manufacturer right away. Please keep in mind that custom furniture pieces can take 16-20 weeks to arrive once you place your order since they are not mass-produced and are instead handmade with care for your family. Due to the customized nature of these items expedited delivery is not possible and once the order is placed it cannot be cancelled.
Galt Toys + Galt Baby currently only delivers furniture locally in Illinois, within 15 miles of our stores. We offer a flat fee of $299 for White Glove Delivery so you don't have to worry about the hassle of lifting heavy loads and assembling.
Once your furniture arrives to our warehouse, you will be contacted to select a delivery date and time. On the day of your delivery, please make sure that all areas leading up to the room, including the area where you want your furniture delivered are cleared. Galt Toys + Galt Baby is not responsible for clearing out any furniture on the day of delivery. Your furniture will be assembled with care and all trash from any furniture packaging will be removed for you.
Returns
Your satisfaction is our primary concern at Galt Toys + Galt Baby. We will gladly accept any returns on new merchandise 30 days from the date you receive your order as long as you follow our return guidelines. You will receive a full refund minus our shipping costs, and (when applicable) restocking fees. To receive a refund we follow a strict policy that all returned item(s) must be in new (never been used) condition, in its original undamaged box and/or packaging with proof of purchase, all tags, UPC bar codes, warranties, and instructions intact. We take the safety and health of your children very seriously and will not risk compromising your child's safety and health with a product that has already been removed from our store. For this reason, we will not accept returns on:

- Nursing pads & Nursing accessories
- Electronics
- Pacifiers & Teethers
- Bath Tubs & Bath Tub Accessories
- Skin Care Products

If the return is received in our stores after the 30 day return window, you will receive a store credit. If the return was paid for in cash in store, within 30 days and you still have you receipt, you may receive your cash refund of up to $75. The rest of your balance may be placed on a store credit or you may opt just for a store credit. If the item shows signs of use or packaging has been damaged or has excessive markings/tape other than clear packing tape, the item is subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%. The refund may be refused if the condition of the product does not meet our return guidelines.All special orders, furniture, floor models and clearance items are final sales and may not be canceled or returned. Our return policy for other situations, such as the rare defective item is explained below.
Manufacturer Defects At Galt Toys + Galt Baby, we offer support for every product that we sell. If you discover a manufacturing defect in a product that you’ve purchased from us, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist you. First, we’ll check in to making sure there is indeed a defect. Once we’ve confirmed that there’s something wrong with the product, we’ll figure out the best course of action to take. Every manufacturer has a different method for ensuring customer satisfaction, so we’ll determine whether you need to contact their customer service department or if we should make the call. We will do what we can to find a solution to your problem. At the end of the day, we want everything you purchase from Galt Toys + Galt Baby to be functional & useful.
